Offensive and defamatory content

An annonymous person has use your service to post an offensive and highly defamatory comment about a friend who owns a well known local business. It includes her photograph. What steps can be taken to remove it?

Only a court can determine whether content is defamatory, and we don’t remove content from a site simply because it offends someone.
