    Hi ‘public forums’
    I need to skip this step and go directly to someone who works for the company.
    Logging in via my email has created a new account instead of signing me into my already created account with two websites already built on them..

    I legitimately need to speak to someone who works for this company -.- passing us around trying to avoid complaints.. what is an email address for direct support?

    Wordpress.com isn’t a company and doesn’t have direct support.
    But you can solve this problem very easy. Delete the account you just created and log in to your previous account.
