O.K. I'm totally aggravated by now!!!

I have tried like ten times to make a post tonight and changing my posting status to post immediately and it keeps scheduling my post to post on Wednesday the 22. I wanted to make the post tonight then go to bed. I’ve been staying up all night writing this thing and it won’t let me post it no matter how many times I try and update the timing of post being posted.
The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

Save the draft, clear your browser cache and cookies, and go to the Dashboard Posts->All Posts page. Click to use QuickEdit on that post and change publshed status to Published. That should do it.

Thank you for replying . Not sure I know how to clear my browser cache and cookies and would it be too much to ask how to do that? Thank you so much for replying. Have a blessed day!

O.K. I tried going to Quick edit three times and choosing published but it still shows it’s scheduled. I guess I have to go into cookies and do that other stuff I don’t know how to do. Thanks. I need to learn a lot more about computers.
