  Hello! I would like help recovering my old account, if not at least to make it private page so no one can access it or find it on search engine.

  I believe I haven’t log in to my old account since 2015. I deleted my email that was used to sign up for the blog on WordPress which was done unintentionally so I cannot provide the Two factor authentication code, Transaction ID or Activation URL/Key. However, If you check the site’s ‘About me’ I can also send my pictures to your email to verify myself & the account ownership as well if that’s possible. Please help me. Thank you so much.

  What is the username associated with the WordPress.com account? Did you ever make an upgrade purchase?

  If you aren’t able to provide an email from the email address with which the blog was registered, a transaction ID, or the original activation link, I’m afraid we won’t be able to help you recover the account.
