old account charges

    Hi there, I just saw an $18 word press show up on a credit card that I have paid off and don’t use.
    I tried to cancel my WordPress subscription over a year ago.
    I thought I did.
    I don’t remember the email or domain that I used to make the account, so I can’t log into it to cancel it again.
    I tried using google to sign into it but the phone number is my old phone number.

    The bottom line, is that I don’t want want to pay for a WordPress subscription and I haven’t wanted to pay for a WordPress subscription for a while.

    Please help me know how I can cancel these recurring charges for a site which I can’t even get into and don’t want to use.

    I do not see any upgrades under your @greeblechacka WordPress.com account when I check on our end. You can confirm by visiting this page: https://wordpress.com/me/purchases/.

    Is it possible you made your purchase under a different login? If so, can you please fill out the form here to the best of your ability to let us know more info about this transaction? https://wpchrg.wordpress.com/

    If the info you have is not a match for what we show in our system, then a contact form will appear that will allow you send a direct message to our billing support team, and from there they will reach out to you directly via email.
