Old Account Messing Up New Account

    I recently started a new blog “edtechinsights.wordpress.com” but I can no longer login to post new things. I had an old blog under the same email address and wordpress just takes me to that old blog when I try to sign in and when I ask to change the password. I want to get rid of the old account, and focus on the new one. What do I need to do?

    I’m not seeing any WordPress.com sites associated with the account that you are posting from. So that is why you are being asked to log in when you visit edtechinsights.wordpress.com.

    edtechinsights.wordpress.com and the site that I assume is your old WordPress.com site are both owned by the same WordPress.com user account. So you must have logged into it recently. Perhaps you can remember the login info for the other account?
