old account recovery

    Hi there,
    I have an account on wordpress that I made over 10 years ago. I have not accessed it for a very long while, neither the email address that I used to create it, as I’ve forgotten my passwords.

    I was wondering if there is any way I can find help on regaining access to that account in order for me to delete it.
