Old blog and email hack

  My now old blog, which was my original, is inaccessible. A few weeks ago I found I couldn’t access it, and I thought it was because I forgot my password, so I followed the normal steps to recover it. It seems that the original outlook email I used to register was hacked and deleted seeing as neither wordpress or microsoft outlook could recognize it. I want to know if there is some way that I can have that blog now deleted seeing as I’ve started again on this one?
