Old Domain Now Porn Site

My website expired with WordPress and I directed it to my new site on another host up until recently. I thought I had it all worked out but now apparently hackers have my old website address and they have pornographic content there. This is negatively impacting my brand in case folks click on my old site. Can you start putting ICANN procedures in place with the “winning” registrar — the one that currently has my old domain name? I am willing to pay for my old domain back and would like to point it to my new one. Thank you very much for your quick assistance here! I’m not seeing any porn content on your current self-hosted WordPress site crystalmarieyoga.com nor any on your old WordPress.com site crystalmarieyoga.wordpress.com.

Sorry the site itself (crystalmarieyoga.com) is actually not my content anymore and I thought I had paid to have it re-directed to my new site crystalmariehiggins.com. But apparently not.
The video “getting a sexy massage in LA” is porn-like content and it is concerning. Please advise, and thank you so much!

As you do not own crystalmarieyoga.com any longer, there is sadly, nothing you can do about the content that is currently on that page. The domain expired and someone else registered it. As distasteful as it may seem, that is the way those things go.
If you feel you have a trademark or other legal claim, you will need to talk to a legal professional.
