Old domain used instead of the new one I purchased from Bluehost

  I’m an over 40s dinosaur and very confused why I wanted to start a blog under mswontstopme.com and it automatically brought up my old, cancelled domain mswillnotstopme.blog. I’m very confused now. Never done this before. Don’t have the money to make expensive mistakes and want to ensure that anything relating to my old domain is refunded. Be patient with me. I am new to this.
