Old portfolio can I get it up and running again?

  Hello. I made a portfolio site in 2017 and I would like to get it up and running again. When I logged it was gone? Help!

  This is the only site I see under your @bectoovey WordPress.com account when I check on our end: bectoovey.wordpress.com

  Is it possible you created your portfolio site under a different login?  Is it the case that you are using another provider like GoDaddy, Bluehost, Hostgator, etc. instead? What is the URL of the site you are needing help with?

  Happy to check in our system so we can take a closer look.

  Ah, in that case, you will want to reach out directly to Siteground or post to https://wordpress.org/support/forums/ for more suggestions.

  Here, we can only help with sites hosted on WordPress.com.

  To clear up any further confusion, there is WordPress.com and WordPress.org, and they are two different entities.

  We, WordPress.com, are a cloud-based platform where we manage WordPress sites, whereas WordPress.org is stand-alone software that you can download and self-host with any other hosting.
