Old theme expired, cannot activate new theme

    Hi! The theme that our website had been using for awhile expired recently. However, when I try to activate a new theme design, I am unable to. The message I receive when attempting this is ‘Unable to activate theme. Contact support.’

    Please help.

    Hi there,

    The problem is that your site’s Business Plan, owned by the user, alaska85, expired and is no longer active on the site.

    For the site to continue working properly you either need to add a new Business Plan, or we need to revert the site back to how it was before you upgraded to Business and installed plugins.

    If you want to add a new Business Plan to the site using your account, let me know and I can get that process started for you.

    There is a risk that content added to the site since adding plugins may be lost when reverting the site, so we can only do that at the site owner’s request.
