Old Website Issue

Hi WordPress,
I had my website (www.alicemaryevents.com.au) re-developed a few months ago and I moved from a WordPress site to a Squarespace site. My web hoster, Web24, have emailed me to say that WordPress site data of my domain is still present on their server and there are infected files that need to be cleaned up. I have no idea how to fix this. I spoke with my new website developer and she told me to contact you to confirm that my website has been deleted. She knows it was removed as she had to quickly put up a cover page, but she told me to confirm it has been deleted entirely. Are you able to help me?
