    Hi there,

    You’re posting in the support forums for the hosting provider, WordPress.com.

    If you had a WordPress site at another host, you were using the open source WordPress.org software which is not the same thing as us.

    You’ll need to contact your old hosting provider directly for help recovering your site, as they’re the only ones who might still have a backup copy of it on their servers.
