Old Website Restore

I took some time off from my website to work on personal things and now that I am returning (close to 11 months later) everything I had before is pretty much gone. I was expecting back-ups to be held for atleast a year but I was sorely wrong. Is there any way I can get everything restored or will I have to restart completely. If I look in the activity feed from my account it has date stamps for when I last updated things but can’t restore to that far back.

    WP.com: Yes
    Jetpack: Yes
