  Hej,
  when I´m wiriting a new post it looks like this: http://goo.gl/0r3jK but I would like to have this kind of user interface: http://goo.gl/slKVh
  What´s wrong with my accound? I hope you can help me..

  That’s an older version of WordPress and not available at WordPress.com. There are no restrictions if you setup a self-hosted WordPress.org blog instead of a WordPress.com blog, but there are some added responsibilities. We have hosting recommendations at the following link if you are interested.
