Old wordpress website still functioning but cannot log in to back end

  How to I log in to old wordpress website backend to make changes and alterations. The website is live online, I have the initial username and password but seem to end up logging into a newly formed blank website. How to I log into the website that is live and working?? Many thanks

  What is the URL of the site you are trying to log into? Is it a WordPress.com hosted site?
