Old WordPress.com to new WordPress Subscribers with same domain name

  Hi,

  We’ve just migrated a wordpress.com blog (leblogdesentreprises.fr / blogdesentreprises.wordpress.com) to a new self hosted WordPress Blog and we kept the same domain : leblogdesentreprises.fr

  The new blog is JetPack connected to wordpress.com.
  We set the old blog with blogdesentreprises.wordpress.com principal domain name instead of leblogdesentreprises.fr.

  Now i want to migrate our subscribers from blogdesentreprises.wordpress.com to the new self hosted Jetpack subscriptions module on leblogdesentreprises.fr but blogdesentreprises.wordpress.com does not appear in the list of ‘wordpress.com’ websites in migration form.

  How can i migrate these subscribers ?

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

  Did you connect the new site to Jetpack using the same WordPress.com user account that owns the old site?
