Older Posts disappeared – nothing seems to work

  Hello,
  I’ve just noticed that the link of Older Posts has disappeared. I have the front static page and then two links in different languages. Last week I added more photos to the gallery on the foot widget, could this be the problem? Now nothing seems to work, I also tried to change the settings of the number of posts shown per page. Could you please help me to have the Older Posts link back?

  I’m sorry for the trouble! We’re working on expanding the Infinite Scroll feature and are working out some bugs in some themes. We’ve reported the issue with the Suburbia theme so our team can look into that. Thanks for letting us know!

  Thank you! The only solution for now seems to be to display all my posts on one page until Older Posts or Infinite Scroll come back.
  Should the widgets in the bottom area be deleted for the Infinite Scroll option?

  Hi there,

  Our team just fixed this, so your “Older Posts” link is back. You may need to refresh your browser or clear your browser’s cache to see that fix.

  If you’d like to enable Infinite Scroll, yes, you’ll need to remove any widgets in the bottom area. Please let me know if I can do anything more to help with that. :)

  Hello,
  I am having a similar problem with the Older Posts button in the Hatch theme. This is the link to my blog: http://theroadandclouds.wordpress.com.

  Clicking on the ‘Older Posts’ button used to bring up the older posts, but now nothing happens. This problem has only just cropped up (the button was working fine this morning).

  PS When I set the blog to ‘infinite scroll’ I get the same thing as Maddalene – ie seven posts are shown on the homepage and that’s it.

  Sorry, the seven posts thing was from a different user! (I am reading several threads at once – seems like a lot of people have had this issue recently.)

  I found that your site: http://theroadandclouds.wordpress.com/ does have the Older Posts link as seen here:

  

  Also note that Infinite Scroll is set up to show 7 posts at a time. If you scroll down to the bottom of the page another 7 posts will load. Let me know if you have any questions with this!
