Older version of wordpress?

One of my sites appears to be stuck on an older version of wordpress and is unable to load the customizer or to change themes.

How may the wordpress software get updated for this site so that this can be fixed?

wordpress.com doesn’t have older versions as all sites running on the wordpress.com are on a shared inviroment. Your site healthytraditionalrecipes.wordpress.com runs on an old themes, perhaps it would be time to change to a more modern theme.
