    Hello, my best fried Beth has a website with WordPress the site is https://bethgreenart.co.uk

    She has been locked out of her account and the email address/password isn’t working, this is the same when she types lost password the email address comes through as unrecognised.

    She has been told there is a malware problem and it has deleted the user account, is there a way she can speak to you regarding this as it is impossible for her to log in.
