On my website problem with receiving money

  I have a website on WordPress and my customers trying to pay but I don’t receive the payment even on my PayPal or either on my bank account and when I open the website to follow up on the orders I find it failed,
  It’s a big problem and I’m losing a lot of customers and money because of that, can someone help me please !
