Once in a while Horror post

My website is not solely publishing ‘mature’ subjects, one post might be ‘horror’ is there a filter that exists for that? Like an image that says ‘This might contain offensive subject matter. Intended for mature audiences.’ Then the person click on it or something?

I personally can’t see anything on your site so far that would require it to be marked mature. I think it may be an all-or-nothing situation. A site is either marked mature or it isn’t. Once marked mature then a site no longer appears in the WordPress.com Reader to ensure people don’t accidentally stumble on unsuitable content when they aren’t even visiting your site directly. However I’m not sure if Horror falls into the mature category or not. There is a whole range from vampire stories to gore. Are you planning on publishing text or images that you expect to be considered offensive? Have you examples? If it was my site I’d probably consider putting mature content on a separate site as then my main site wouldn’t be banned from the WordPress.com Reader. But as I am just a volunteer here I have added the modlook tag to ask if a member of staff could assist you with this.

    Mature Content

Hi, what you could do would be to make a landing page for your site with a warning and then link the Enter button or text to the page that you now have as your front page, and then a do not enter button or text that would take the visitor to some other site, such as google.com.
