one blog (not interface) in two languages

  I want to have my blog in two languages, but not the interface, or the settings, the messages which I will post there (to have some link in the top of the blog or some way to chose in what language do you want to read the information which was posted in blog). Can you tell me how to do this?

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

  You can’t do it at WordPress.com. You can post in two languages only if they use the same alphabet.
