One of my intern ,trying to help, redirected the wp_admin page where I used to login to a custom login page

  https://www.example_web.com/wp-admin/wp-login.php?redirect_to=https%3A%2F%2Fwwwexample_web.com%2Fwp-admin%2Fplugins.php&reauth=1

  says Page not Found as well as the the log. I have installed a plugin named wp-login-hide after that my main page started coming in plain text and I was unable to login to wordpress. I have deleted the plugin from the Cpanel but still the problem is the same.I have tried disabling the plugin folder all by renaming it still the problem is the same.
