One of the pages on my site has corrupted images, do I need to reload them?

If you mean the images that are very bright, it seems rather artistic to me. :)
If they’re supposed to be “normal,” try uploading them again. If the same problem persists, make sure that they are saved with an sRGB color profile (which should be default for most modern image editors): http://en.support.wordpress.com/images/troubleshooting-images/#color-profiles
