One user cant make changes

    One of the bloggers of the site is not able to save changes, fix categories, load posts properly for editing

    For your WordPress.org site, you would want to post on the WordPress.org community forum at https://wordpress.org/support/forums or reach out to your hosting service provider for help.

    I’d check first to see if the user who is unable to make changes has the correct role assigned to them. Also, if you have any plugins that modify user roles (like membership plugins) they could also be responsible for unintended changes. You may want to try deactivating such plugins and see if that helps.
