One Web Page Doesn’t Update on Desktop version of some browsers:

But it does update on cell phones. If I change the desktop browser to cell phone viewing setting, it works.

That page is loading fine on my end. I tested it on three major desktop browsers (Chrome, Firefox, Safari).
