That site you mentioned is not using WordPress, but you’ll probably be able to build a similar site with a combination of plugins. To use those on WordPress.com, you’d need to upgrade your plan to Business or eCommerce, though.
I’d check out the WooCommerce extensions, as a first step:

Most folks in these forums have a free WordPress site hosted here with us, and thus can’t install plugins without upgrading.
