  For the fees of credit card, on my side do I need to set it up with the bank or not? if yes, then what’s the procedure?

  Could you give us some more details as to what you are trying to achieve? Once we know that, we might be able to advise better.

  That’s not something you would do with our internal tools, but I’m sure there are plugins that would allow you to do that (likely membership plugins). To be able to use plugins on WordPress.com, you’d need plan Business or eCommerce:
