  Hi WordPress,

  I am a new comer to WP and am good at some tech, but not websites. I have spent a lot of fruitless hours trying to find answers to questions without success. I need to make simple changes to my website asap. I heard you provide support packages. What are they and how do I access them?

  wordpress.com doesn’t provide support packages. If you have a free website, these forums are your support. If you upgrade to a Plan, you are entitled to Live Chat Support.
