  Bonjour. J’ai acheté l’option de redirection de site (mon domaine est déclaré chez online.net mais le changement de DNS ne fonctionne pas.
  voilà le message que j’obtiens :
  “NS1.WORDPRESS.COM : Ce serveur dns n’est pas listé comme autoritaire”

  J’ai contacté le support de online qui m’a dit que le problème venait de wordpress.
  D’après eux : “Cela signifie que ce DNS ne connait pas votre domaine. IL faut contacter le gestionnaire de ce DNS pour qu’il crée une entrée pour votre domaine sur son DNS. Une fois cela effectué, il vous faut patienter 24h à 72h que la diffusion s’effectue au niveau mondial pour pouvoir utiliser le-dit DNS.”

  Pourriez-vous me dire ce que vous en pensez ? voilà près d’une semaine que j’essaie de faire foncitonner…

  Hi there!

  We haven’t had any other reports of issues with our name servers. And we have a zone record enabled for your domain, so you shouldn’t have any trouble mapping it to us. Can you try to make the change through your registrar again?

  NS2.WORDPRESS.COM
  NS3.WORDPRESS.COM

  I’m not great at French, but I think this is the correct document for how to make this change:

  Hi

  Sorry if i wrote in french. As the website was in french i did not hesitate…

  Well i did every thing that is written in the documentation but it still doesn’t work.

  So i’d like to find an other solution.
  Instead of mapping codexcreation.com to my wordpress page i should change the domaine’s name to codexcreations.com (with a s at the end)
  And wordpress would be my provider of this domain !

  The problem is that i already paid for the mapping. What is the process to cancel the mapping that i never used and to tranfer this credit to pay the domain’s name and the Go ?

  No worries about the French! It’s always good practice. :)

  I’m sorry that the name servers still aren’t working for you, but I’m happy to refund your purchase. I’ve removed the domain mapping subscription from your account and refunded your purchase. Please note that it can take up to a week for the refund to appear on your statement.

  You can go ahead and purchase your new domain through Store > My Domains.

  Normalement tout devrait fonctionner.
