On the dashboard Themes page, you select the theme you want. If it’s premium, you will be prompted to pay for it when you click to Activate it.

I did not notice that I was logged in for juttaschumacher.wordpress.de. Stupid, I know…
Then i bought the theme and saw it at my old wordpress-blog. What I wanted to do was to download the theme and use it in my own Website. I did not want to use it at jutta.schumacher.wordpress.de. How can I cancel the purchase or – that would be my preferred option – download the theme later? -

Please read the premium Themes section of the support docs.
When you purchase a premium theme, it is available for the lifetime of that blog [while it is hosted here at WordPress.COM]. If you would like to use the same theme across multiple blogs, you’ll have to purchase the theme for each blog.
Note: Premium Themes that are licensed for WordPress.com use only cannot be transferred to self-hosted WordPress.org sites. Some Automattic-developed premium themes can be transferred to a self-hosted site at no charge, as part of a Guided Transfer. Please post in the premium theme forums if you’d like to know whether your theme qualifies.

How can I cancel the purchase or
Provided you are logged in under the same username account that registered the blog and purchased the upgrades, you ought to be able to request a refund from your dashboard > Store > My Upgrades
WordPress.com provides a 30-day refund on all upgrades except Domain Registrations, Domain Renewals, and Guided Transfers.

Note: It takes from 1 – 2 weeks for the refund to be received. -
Done – and all is fine again. Thank you so much for your help. And the next time I will first read and then click ;-)
