Only giving partial refund, NEED FULL

  I bought a personal plan last year for £30, and no longer use either the personal account or the website. It renewed without me knowing yesterday and so I’m out of £30 while it’s only offering £8. I haven’t touched both my wordpress account or the domain for the longest time until today.

  I can cancel your plan and issue you a full refund. I would also like to know if you’re planning on keeping the domain computeltd.com you registered here and use it elsewhere. If we cancel the domain, there is no guarantee it will become available to register somewhere else, and you may not be able to get it back.

  Thanks for confirming, I’ve cancelled the plan and computeltd.com for you. There is a copy of the refund receipt in your Billing History:

  Refunds usually take 5-10 business days to show on your statement but international refunds (outside the US) can take a little longer to arrive.
