Only shows https not actual http

  my site name url is https://gypsyseyeonsl.wordpress.com/ and it’s show’s it being locked. is there any way I can get it fixed to read http://gypsyseyeonsl.wordpress.com/ ? this is my 3rd try for help. thank you.
