  Loading my personal account details: – You do not display all cities/countries, only US cities.
  Am I able to have an upgraded account or not please?

  Are you referring to the timezones in the Settings section of your Dashboard?

  If so, there are definitely more than US cities there. We have all of the countries of the world to choose from, and a few select cities, as well as generic timezone offsets.
