  Hello. I’m a newbie and I keep getting this error:

  Oops! Sorry an error has occurred. Please click here to contact us so that we can fix it.
  Please remember that you have to provide the full, complete Blog URL, otherwise we can not fix it.

  I’ve cleared my cache and cookies, closed my browser already and it’s still the same. I’m still using Linux 7, my browser is Mozilla Firefox 3.0.17.

  Would really appreciate your help. Thanks.

  Like the instructions say “contact us” – so click on the contact button and provide the requested information.

  The unpaid volunteers in the Forum don’t have access to the back end to see what caused the error – you must contact the Staff with the link they provided.
