Optimize blogsite for mobile devices?

  I would like to optimize our blog site for viewing on phones and mobile devices. How can we do this?

  You can enable a special mobile theme from Appearance -> Mobile in your blog’s Dashboard.

  Thank you Macmanx! I did that and it works. However, it’s not perfect and I can see that I need to adjust the site so that it looks better even when it’s optimized.
