Optimize Press Installation

    Good morning,

    I’m trying to install Optimize Press into Word Press, but I’m having trouble when I hit Themes. I’m NOT
    getting an Install Themes link. I’m getting a Manage Themes link. I’n not sure why I’m getting that instead
    of the install Themes link. Please contact me regarding this matter. My user name is: jonesmoore393 My name is [redacted]

    There is no phone or email support for WordPress.com sites unless you have at least the Premium bundle upgrade. Support requests are handled first in the community forums and if needed marked for staff assistance.

    Here on WordPress.com we can use any of the 220+ themes (including Premium themes) found in our Dashboard>Appearance>Themes. We cannot upload 3rd party themes. See here: http://en.support.wordpress.com/themes/

    If by chance you are referring to is a self-hosted WordPress.org install, you can get support at http://wordpress.org/support/
