Optimized Press

I have a wordpress.com account (killingpests). I want to start using optimize press and paid the money and downloaded the optimize press software onto my laptop (the email associated with this purchase should be (email visible only to moderators and staff)). My host is godaddy and have loaded the wordpress on godaddy, but I dont understand how I either upload the optimize press themes to godaddy or upload the optimize press themes to my wordpress.com account. It does not matter which way I do this I just want to start using the themes that optimize press offers.
Your help is greatly appreciated. Thanks!

You can only use your own themes with a self-hosted WordPress.org blog, so you’ll need to install WordPress from http://wordpress.org/ on your hosting provider.
Once that’s done, you can move your content following this guide: http://en.support.wordpress.com/moving-a-blog/#moving-to-wordpress-org
To clear up any confusion, WordPress.com and WordPress.org are two different entities.
