OptimizePress Plugin download fail

    Hi WP Guys, I have followed the video tutorial on installing my OptimizePress Plugin into my WordPress page, and although it shows the percentage download to 100% each time, at the end it says, ‘Installation failed.’ I have been trying since last week with the same results each time.
    I got hold of Support at OptimizePress, who offered to help me provided I gave them my login name and password, which I did, but even that fails each time (doesn’t recognize my password). I have reset the password, but it still will not open for the OptimizePress support guys. Please help!
