Hi there,
It sounds like you ordered a product from an online store that uses the WooCommerce plugin to run their site. Regrettably, we have no access to this site or its order information, nor do we have any control over its operations.
The WooCommerce plugin is free and open-source. This means that anyone, anywhere in the world, can download it and use it to set up an eCommerce site without needing to contact us or ask for our permission. You can learn more about it here: https://wordpress.org/plugins/woocommerce/.
In this scenario, we’re kind of like Microsoft. When someone creates a document in Microsoft Word, Microsoft (the company) doesn’t have access to that document nor do they have control over it.
I would recommend that you visit the site/store and look for a Contact or Help page, or check the order confirmation email you received when placing the order, to get in touch with them so that you can find a solution to the situation.
If you’re unable to find a reliable way to contact them or they prove to be uncooperative, here’s what I would suggest:
* Go to http://whois.domaintools.com/, put the website address in there and you will be able to find information concerning the person that registered the domain name, where the domain name was registered and where the site is being hosted.
* If you do the same thing with https://www.whoishostingthis.com/, you should find a bit more information about who is hosting the site.
* You can then contact either the domain name registrar or the hosting company as these are the companies that they have financial relationships with. These companies also control access to the site’s hosting account as well as their domain name. You can also opt to have your lawyers reach out on your behalf.
* It’s probably a good idea to dispute the transaction with your bank or credit card company if you believe it to be fraudulent. This will help you to get your money back.Hope this helps.
