Order cancel

    I canceled the two orders I made within 24 hours. Why does it not show them cancelled and why is there no refund

    Hi there,

    I only see one purchase of a Personal plan, domain and G Suite subscription for a total of $98 on 29 October.

    That payment was refunded when you cancelled those upgrades a few hours later.

    You can see receipts for both the purchase and the refund in your billing history, here:

    You should receive the full refund in about 10 business days, depending on your bank’s processing times, but given how soon after the purchase you cancelled they might also just remove the original charge from your card rather than showing a separate transaction for a refund.
