Order Fulfilment

Hi, please help. I rcently purchased a store and have promoted my products on ebay. Today, I have made 4 sales. I don’t have any inventory myself and I don’t know how to fulfil the orders. The orders are showing on my wordpress woo commerce plug in. Under order actions, I can’t find fulfillment or completed. Also, ebay sent a message to paypal to put the money on hold for some reason. I am a complete newbie and confused. Please help! :/

If you have WooCommerce installed on a WordPress.com Business Plan or have a paid WooCommerce extension on a self-hosted site you can open a ticket while logged into your account at:
https://woocommerce.com/my-account/create-a-ticket/
But, if your site is self-hosted and built using the WordPress.org open software, you’ll need to seek assistance from their forums which can be found at:
https://wordpress.org/support/plugin/woocommerce
