Ordering posts

I’m using the free version of WordPress and I’m trying to get it to where my posts will show the oldest post first. Not sure if I’m just not seeing the obvious, or if there’s not an option to change this. Anyone else know?

The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

By default your posts page will always display the newest post first (reverse chronological order). This is because once a site gets established with hundreds of posts visitors are unlikely to scroll through numerous posts trying to find the newest one. In fact if the same post is always at the top visitors may assume the site hasn’t been updated since their last visit.

If someone was writing a book and publishing regular chapters then perhaps chronological order would be appropriate. What you want can be done but it does require a fair bit of work (and you need to have published posts already on your site to achieve it)
