Orders Disappearing

  I have a number of orders disappearing from my dashboard i would love to know the reason why and how to fix the issue.
  please note this issue ocurread before and after 3 weeks orders appeared on their own which cost me money and I lost customers over it

  The site I need help with is http://www.tieshop.com. It is not hosted by WordPress.com or connected with Jetpack. This site is not linked to my WordPress.com account.
