Hi there,
Pages are static content. In other words, it’s for content on your site that’s considered “permanent”, and that you want your visitors to always be able to find easily. You usually add pages to your menu for this reason.
Posts, on the other hand, are dynamic. It’s meant for ephemeral content, like the stuff you post to your Facebook news feed – someone’s going to read it today, but when they come to your site tomorrow they expect something new. Posts appear in your site’s RSS feed, and you can also assign a page on your site (or the front page itself) to the posts feed, which will always show your most recent post at the top.
The page that lists all your posts like this is called a dynamic page – it’s a page WordPress creates and updates automatically as you publish new posts on the site.
If you say put posts on a page I assume you mean posts of a particular topic, right? For this you need a type of dynamic page called a category page. To make that, first make sure you add a category to all the posts you want under that topic. Then you’ll add that category itself directly to the site menu:

Another option, if you want static/permanent content appearing alongside the posts, you can add the blog posts block to a regular page, and then set that block to either show all your most recent posts, or only posts from a specified category:
Let me know if this doesn’t answer your questions.
Thanks for trying to help, but just dumping a bunch of links without any content on someone like this is more likely to overwhelm them than help them. Rather take time to explain things in your own words, and link only to those docs, or specific sections of docs, that directly apply to the question.
You’ll find by doing this your own understanding of how things work will also improve very quickly.
