Other People Cannot Access Our Website

Hello, I am having significant trouble with our website and trying to find support. I was just made an admin on this website through the previous person who used to see over it so I can’t access anything without a confirmation email which I haven’t gotten. There are people who are being blocked from our website and not able to access it. Specifically other health departments in our state that utilize our website to find important links that they need to help our communities. The specific IP address being blocked is 76.72.195.101 but other people often times can’t access our website for whatever reason as well. Since everything was switched over to me, it says that I don’t have a website and that I cannot make changes or contact support. I’m not sure what I need to do to ensure that things get switched over and that other health departments are able to see our content
