That domain is mapped to a WordPress.com site, but not mapped properly.
It’s name servers will need to be directed to us following the guide at https://wordpress.com/support/domains/map-existing-domain/#change-your-domains-name-servers
Also, the site and domain mapping belong to a different WordPress.com account here, not the one you’re currently logged in under.

Hmmm, that site isn’t currently using WordPress.com, so that could be the issue. Are you trying to adjust something related to WordPress, or something with the site as it is right now?
