Our site does not appear to be tracking how many subscribers we have?

    Our site does not appear to be tracking how many subscribers we have? Within the Site Stats the Subscriptions section is blank though we know we have followers and comments being posted? Is there some setting we need to fix? Or is there something that needs to be activated?
    How can we get this information?

    That site is not a free hosted WordPress.com blog and we do not provide support for it. WordPress.com and WordPress.org are completely separate and have separate logins. If you don’t have a username account at WordPress.ORG click http://wordpress.org/support/ and register one on the top right hand corner of the page that opens, so you can post to the support forums there and receive advice from WordPress.ORG bloggers.
